Moreover, the scientific-technological confrontation that is taking place now on geographical
boundaries is no longer consistent with the political and legislative
boundaries. According to application needs, in order to have the best benefit from the available technology, the
transfer of knowledge between different scientific fields and between these
latter with the industry must be carried out in proper timing. As a result,
design models of technology transfer are required that take into account also
the economic, legal and financial variables.
